2. Personal data processed

The Controller processes the following personal data submitted via the contact form on the website:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Message content
• Date of inquiry and the language version used (technical metadata)

3. Purpose and legal basis

The Controller processes the above data exclusively for the purpose of responding to inquiries initiated by the data subject and for subsequent business communication.

Legal basis:

• GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — consent of the data subject, given by submitting the contact form and explicitly accepting this Privacy Policy.
• GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest of the Controller in establishing and maintaining business relationships.

4. Retention period

The Controller retains personal data until the purpose of contact is fulfilled, but no longer than 2 (two) years. If a business relationship is established, data is retained for the period required by law (e.g. accounting retention obligations). Data subjects may request deletion at any time.

5. Recipients and data processors

The Controller engages the following data processors to operate the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — website hosting and delivery (operates under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
• Sendinblue SAS (Brevo, 7 Rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) — email delivery service (EU data centre)
• AEserver (Net Solutions Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE) — optional, only for langfeld.ae mailbox operation

Data processors operate under contractual data processing agreements (DPA) and provide data protection measures consistent with GDPR.

6. International data transfers

When using Cloudflare, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (to the United States). The protection of data is ensured through Cloudflare's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary cookies required for its operation. No advertising, tracking or marketing cookies are used. Cookies stored in the browser may be deleted by the data subject at any time.

8. Rights of the data subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
